Job Description
The National Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development and execution of national programs that advance Hadassah’s mission and strategic priorities. This role collaborates closely with national staff and volunteer leadership to deliver high-quality, mission-driven programs that engage members, supporters, and friends of Hadassah.
The National Program Manager serves as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on project manager, ensuring programs are impactful, fiscally responsible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of national programs, initiatives, and events (virtual and in-person) that support Hadassah’s mission and strategic objectives
- Develop program goals, timelines, budgets, and evaluation metrics
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Oversee logistics, content development and speaker coordination
- Collaborate with national departments, including Philanthropy, Engagement and Marketing & Communications to ensure cohesive programming
- Partner with volunteer leaders and staff to assess needs and identify program opportunities
- Support cross-functional initiatives and organizational priorities, including philanthropic events, conferences and conventions
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and reports for volunteer and staff counterparts
- Serve as a key point of contact for program-related inquiries from regions and national leadership
- Prepare reports and presentations on program performance, participation, and outcomes
- Maintain accurate schedules, and records
- Other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities
- Additional duties as required
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience
- BA plus 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience developing and implementing programs nationwide
- Experience working with lay leadership
- Working knowledge of MS office, program management software (e.g. Basecamp, Salesforce etc.) and Zoom
