Working with communities, we identify, invite in and launch proven organizations, providing collaborative support so they can quickly take root and deliver change. Everything we do is designed to remove barriers to inclusive prosperity all too often rooted in racial inequities. Our impact increases exponentially as we address one specific, community-identified need each year, in each GreenLight site.
To date, we have brought 63 evidence-based portfolio organizations across 14 sites, invested $41M, and attracted an additional $364M from other funding sources, reaching nearly 1.3M individuals and families this past year alone..

Position Overview
GreenLight Fund seeks a thoughtful, mission-driven Program Manager to manage programmatic work, including research, selection, community engagement, and portfolio management. This role will lead analysis, support stakeholder relationships, and ensure strong coordination and delivery of program activities in alignment with site priorities. The Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Denver and will work collaboratively across the GreenLight network.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategy, Research, Selection, & Community Engagement
Lead research on current and emerging community-based social issues and priorities affecting historically underserved children, youth, and families.
Lead local landscape analysis, including qualitative and quantitative research, data evaluation, and stakeholder engagement with community leaders and partners.
Support Executive Director in ensuring high-fidelity evaluation of perspective portfolio organizations.
Conduct due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations, including financial evaluation and impact assessment.
Record, synthesize, and produce reports and briefs to guide program strategy, decision-making, and site leadership.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support program strategy and impact.
Lead community engagement initiatives, ensuring collaboration and alignment with site priorities.
Serve as a point of contact for program-related communications, including sharing findings, progress, and opportunities.
Portfolio Management & Program Execution
Support portfolio management, including:
Tracking performance, progress toward outcomes, and emerging opportunities or risks.
Collecting and analyzing program data for reporting.
Maintain internal management, data, and reporting systems relevant to program operations.
Coordinating with portfolio organizations to ensure milestones are met.
Preparing materials to inform program decisions, advisory input, and site leadership.
In partnership with the Executive Director, identify best practices across the GreenLight network and implement locally.
Lead planning and execution of program-focused events showcasing portfolio organizations and impact.

Travel Requirements
Approximately 5–10% travel is required for site visits and program support. Travel is typically scheduled in advance and may be concentrated during certain periods, including occasional consecutive travel weeks.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $98,300.

Requirements
Minimum of 4 to 7 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrable engagement in the local community.
