The Associate Director of Development (ADOD) will be responsible for identifying, managing, and developing strategic relationships with existing and new donors within their assigned territory with the goal of elevating donors to a higher level of Annual Giving, and into mid-level and major giving when appropriate. The Media Relations Associate ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the Media & Public Relations office by facilitating the flow of information among internal and external audiences.
